If a file is incorrect, defective, or cannot be accessed once downloads are available, we intend to help resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
Duplicate purchases
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product in a future phase, we intend to address duplicate purchases fairly.
How to request a refund
Once support channels exist, refund requests may be submitted through the official support contact. No refund process is operational in Phase 1.
